Investigation and Analysis on the Rural Migrant Workers' Employment Training

Employment training is the linchpin of the rural migrant workers to achieve proper positions.Based on the investigation,results demonstrated that the education level of the rural migrant workers is under average,mainly of junior middle school,high school years;Government departments,employment institutions and the rural migrant workers are reluctant to invest into employment training,so that most of the rural migrant workers are only engage in simple physical labour;The existing employment training market is not standard and ineffective;Employment training lacks agility and pertinence.Therefore,the article establishes employment-stimulation-type training pattern of mutual harmonization among training institution,training market and employment market by taking the rural migrant workers,employment institutions and government departments as subject.Under the framework of this pattern,the education and skill levels of the rural migrant workers should be enhanced,employment training funds should be raised,and the construction of employment training market should be regulated.
