Abstract

Through the analysis of investment scale and structure of private higher education in china,we will clarify the current investment situation and periodical characteristics and will also find the existed problems in the process of investment.Besides,we will put forward some countermeasures to improve its investment level and prevent investment risk,which will provide reference for the research of investment decision making problems of private universities and the improvement of investment management level in private universities.
