Abstract

China's capital market runs in an opposite direction with the real economy in growth. The cultivation and development of Chinese capital market to become the second largest world capital market compatible with its GDP and to recover the positive barometer function of the capital market can resolve not only the negative impact of capital market, but also the problems faced by Chinese economy, such as the decline of China's export growth as a result of the global economic deflation, the enhanced adjustment of housing regulations, the slowdown of economic growth, and the increasing pressure of inflation,so as to promote the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industries, increase residents' incomes and the ability of resisting to inflation, and promote the steady growth of economy and the internationalization of RMB.But,this needs the guidance of sinicized Marxism to sinicize the Western economics and securities market institution and strengthen the government regulations in order to prosper Chinese capital market by means of institutional change.
