Abstract
The preparation of a new reagent AQBA and an improved method for determination of gold by flow injection spectrophotometry were studied.The self-made flow colorimetric equipment,which fixed the determination beam and the reference beam in the detector respectively,could realize the measurement of ΔA by flow injection derivative spectrophotometry.Quantitative analysis could be implemented by using the quantitative relationship between the concentration and derivate value of the inflection points obtained in the derivative absorption curve by one injection.The experimental results were satisfactory.
