Abstract
In recent years,our country's insurance business obtained the fast development,but the following insurance fraud is also increased fiercely,which has harassed the national financial order seriously.Therefore,the attack,the control insurance fraud crime has the vital significance to the financial counter-fraud struggle.The article analyzes the crime's methods and the present situations,and proposed prevention countermeasures in view of this kind of case.
