Japan’s Countermeasures against Trade Friction and Its Lessons ——Based on the Example of Japan-US Trade Friction

Trade friction has frequently occurred between China and other countries along with China’s increase of export volumes,rise of trade status in the world and extensive involvement in the operation of world economy.Certain similarities can be observed in these respects to the Japan-US trade friction since the 1960s.The paper holds that,for China that is currently experiencing high frequencies of trade friction,useful lessons can be learnt from the history of Japan-US trade friction and Japan’s countermeasures against the trade friction.
