Abstract
This paper analyses and defines the concept of intangible assets.and clarifies the relations between the two concepts:intangible assets and intellectual property.Through the study of the specific characteristics of socio-intangible assets and intel lectual property,this paper advances the conception of socio-intangible assets,determines its scope and demonstratesits theoretical significance.
