Abstract
This paper applies the methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the appraisal system of teaching quality and builds the mathematical model,by using the method of Delphi and the expert natural endowments method to give the priority of one and two rank index,comprehensively analyses the fit and unfit teaching quality.As the example,this model is applied to appraisal of teaching quality and had the good practicality.
