Abstract
Using wild Solanum nigrum fruit as raw materials, and extraction rate of proanthocyanidin as study index, effects of the concentration of solvent extraction, the ratio of material and fluid, extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction of proanthocyanidin were studied.Through orthogonal experiment, optimum extraction conditions were conclued as follows:extraction solvent was 60% ethanol, ratio of material to liquid was 1∶15,extraction temperature was 25 ℃,extraction time was 80 minutes.Under optimum conditions, the highest content of proanthocyanidins was obtained, reached 0.055 2%。
