On the basis of the virtual work principle under the system of inertia which stemmes from a certain point serving as the origin of a vertical coordinate and by introducing into the relative virtual displacement, the author aims to analyze the balance of the force system under the system of non-inertia to deduce the virtual work principle under the system of non-inertia.
