The Historical Development of the Constitution Judiciary In Russian Federation

In constitution judiciary of Russian federation,the organization owns the unconstitutional review power is the constitution court. This institutional progress can be divided into three stages that reflected the development and perfection of the Russian federal constitution judiciary from lawmaking and practice two levels so far.The first stage—has sponsor but the institution of unconstitutional review not be established,primarily point to the period of Mikhail Gorbachev reform;The second stage—constitution judiciary has been established in first step,from the USSR disintegration till 1991 that the first law on Russian federal constitution court took effect;The third stage—the perfect stage of the constitution judiciary,from 1991 to 1994,in which the second law on Russian federal constitution court became effective.
