Research on bacterial flora of vagina in bacterial vaginosis patients by Lactobacillus acidphillus effervescent tablet

Objective To ivestigate the change of vaginal bacterial flora in 10 patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV) by Lactobacillus acidphillus effervescent for 1 course of treatment(7 days).Methods 7 indexes that were the sum of bacteria,the number of lactobacillus,anaerobic Gram's negative bacilli and other bacterial species were examined in vaginal secretion by seven kinds of selected or non-selected media.Results After treatment,the number of Lactobdcillus was increased markedly in vaginal secretion,while anaerobic Gram's negative bacilli was decreased markedly,both P0.001,the sum of bacteria,enterobacillus,yeast and Gardnerella vaginalis were decresed,P0.01.Conclusion The microecosystem of vaginal bacterial flora can be well balanced by Lactobacillus acidphillus effervescent tablets produced by SPGC Sine Pharma Laboratories.
