Abstract
The paper illustrates the important significance for the investment control of the government investment programs,points out the investment control measures,including the scientific decision-making,the team construction,the system construction,the improvement of the design and construction management,and the financial cost management,enhances the cost management of the government investment programs effectively,so as to achieve the comprehensive benefits of the investment and to form the virtuous circle.
