Respiratory failure patients prone position ventilatory care effect evaluation

Objective To investigate respiratory failure patients prone position ventilatory care methods and effect. Methods To summarize in August 2011 to August 2012 were from patients with respiratory failure 40 cases of application of prone position ventilation nursing experience. Results The patients with prone position ventilation auxiliary treatment 3～7 d,are well off line. The initial air and ventilation 4 h,8 h,24 h after the pH and PaCO2,PaO2,PaO2/FiO2 value compared with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion To respiratory failure,it prone position ventilation is a positive and effective auxiliary treatment measures and strict monitoring and nursing can prevent the emergence of complications,and at the same time,is also advantageous in prone position ventilation function of the play.
