Abstract
The acoustic emission phenomena of sandstone under the effect of temperature were investigated and discussed in laboratory.There were distinct acoustic emission phenomena in sandstone under the effect of temperature.The rate of acoustic emission had two peak values with the variation of temperature.During 70~90℃,accumulated acoustic emission counts varied rapidly,and it indicated 70~90℃ was the threshold for the development of sandstone cracking.
