Abstract
Objective To evaluate the experience of treatment for cirrhotic portal hypertension with cholecystolithiasis.Methods Clinical data of cirrhosis with cholecystolithiasis were analyzed.Results 28 cases were successfully completed surgery.27 cases were successfully treated.1 patient died of uncontrollable bleeding.Conclusion The surgical approach of cirrhosis with portal hypertension associated with cholecystlithiasis should be based on specific circumstance,and splenectomy and esophago-gastric devascularization combined cholecystectomy on Cirrhotic portal hyper-tension associated with aealculous cholecystitis is feasible.
