Abstract
The paper introduces the advantages of selecting the raft foundation of the high-rise buildings,illustrates the structure design for the raft foundation from the raft types,the thickness,the foundation calculation types,the internal force analysis and components requirement,and indicates its application in factual engineering examples,so as to accumulate experience for similar foundation design calculation.
