Abstract
For training the high-quality applied talents of the engineering management specialty adapt to the construction market requirement in our county at present,the paper puts forward the training target of the engineering management specialty and the training countermeasure of the applied talents,to study the scientific means of cultivating talents and improve the talent quality.
