Abstract
Presents different charging systems for off and on street parking in China and the econonic benefit analyzing and pricing model of off street parking charge under the hypotheses of balance between parking supply and demand, unchanged cost, rational layout, perfect policy and statute. Hypo best price model of on street parking charge is founded with emphasis on the policy factors of on street parking in terms of the public feature of on street parking space. Bearing in mind specific conditions of Guangzhou, charge fees of off street and on street parking are figured out and the elasticity of parking charge against time is analyzed.
