A Distinction between Constitutionalism,Rule of Law,Democracy and Republic

Abstract
The words like constitutionalism,rule of law,democracy and republic are concepts which are closely related in democratic politics.However,it is not an easy thing to distinguish their meaning and explore the relationship between them and the academic world may have different ideas about that.Democracy is the basis of constitutionalism,rule of law and republic,on the other hand,democracy should be restricted by constitutionalism and rule of law.The author manages to distinct these terms in this paper,and the author hopes the course of democracy in our country can be treated correctly by more and more people and develop positively.
