A Study of the Land-expropriated Farmers in the Process of Henan Urbanization

Recently, the fast developmemnt of urbanization in Henan Provicce brings out a large number of land-expropriated farmers, which has a broad and far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of economy and society. The author makes an on-the-spot survey of the situation about the land-expropriated farmers of Henan Province, analyses the present situation and the existing problems about the land-expropriated farmers of Henan Province and puts forward a series of measures for protecting the legal rights of the land-expropriated farmers such as changing the concept, perfecting the legal system, and deepening the reform of land system.
