Abstract

The images of mirror in Zhang Ailing’s novels usually turn up at the critical moment of the heroes’ fate,which are characterized by the combination of truth and fakeness,reality and fantasy,which reveal the authoress’ thoughts:Tao’s universalism and fantastic writing features of Dream of Red Chamber,and which reflect Zhang Ailing’s attitudes toward life.
