Clinical Study of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Pill Treating Liver Fibrosis

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the mechanisms and effect of TCM treatment on liver fibrosis.Methods:156 chronic hepatitis B and decompensated cirrhotic cases were tested levels of HA(hyaluronic acid),LN(laminin),PCⅢ(procollagenⅢ),CⅣ(typeⅣ)in the serum with radioimmunoassay detection,at least two increased cases were selected and divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated by Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu method,the control group was treated by lamivudine and matrine,levels of liver fibrosis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Levels of liver fibrosis decreased by the treatment of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu method have statistical significance.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine obtained a higher curative effect on treating liver fibrosis,and can delay the process of reverse liver damage.
