Abstract
The paper analyzed the structure and movement characteristic of six-bar linkage punch mechanism. The parametric optimization design for gaining the least pressure angle during the working period was put forward. The virtual prototype model of the six-bar linkage punch mechanism was built on ADAMS,and the parameter optimization analysis was carried out, which leaded to the optimum structure meeting the objective. The practice indicates that using ADAMS to solve the kinematics of the six-bar linkage punch mechanism has the characteristics such as high precision, quick speed and easy modification of model according to the actual needs and so on.
