Thoughts on Legal Protection of Computer Software in China

Abstract

The paper probes into the definition and characteristics of computer software and its legal protection,points out that computer software should be defined as computer program in the law sense.On account of its particularity,computer software should be protected by integrated law mode.And the paper analyses the problems of computer software’s copyright protection,puts forward some advice to perfect the intellectual property law.
