Research on condition and countermeasure development of the junior amateur sports schools in Jinagxi

Abstract

Through interview and survey,the management system of amateur sports schools and their athletics efficiency in Jiangxi is studied.The result shows that most of amateur sports schools' management system are lack of scientificity and reasonableness,and a few of amateur sports schools live in a very hard life.The corresponding measures are brought forward for the development of Amateur Sports Schools in JiangXi Province in the future.
