Abstract
The main bridge of Oujiang Bridge in Wenzhou city,Zhejiang Province is a hybrid girder rigid-frame bridge with span arrangement of(84+200+84)m.The 80m-long midspan section of the intermediate span adopts the steel box girder, the remaining part adopts concrete box girder, and the steel-concrete joint section adopts the form of bearing plate with grilles. To ensure the construction quality, the steel-concrete joint section was vertically placed in the prefabrication process. When the temporary hoisting points were installed and the age of the concrete met the requirements, the steel-concrete joint section was floated to the bridge site by barges. Then, the deck crane was used to turn the steel-concrete joint section, and monolithically hoist and erect the steel-concrete joint section to the design elevation, subsequent to which the joint between the concrete cantilever girder section and the steel-concrete joint section was cast in place.
