Abstract
The technology of finite element method(FEM) and system dynamics analysis were used for the design of the motorcycle frame. The static and dynamic stresses and deformations were analyzed. The weak structure of motorcycle frame was pointed out and the improving methods were offered. The result showed that the accurate analysis on every point's stress and deformation of motorcycle frame can be obtained based on the software of Hyperworks, which can offer theory foundation for the improvement of the stress of motorcycle frame and the optimized design of structure.
