Abstract

Objectives To observe the management problems and solving measures of dispensary in our hospital.Methods In the light of basic characteristics of dispensary in our hospital,using questionnaire survey to investigate the management status of dispensary in hospital and analyze the main problems.Results Management of Dispensary in Hospital still has many defects,and the management of dispensary must be consolidated.Conclusions Consolidating the management of dispensary in hospital can improve the quality of western medicine,which provides more effective and better service for patients.
