Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprise Culture

The article elaborates the important role of the small and medium sized private enterprises in China's economic construction,and analyzes those adverse effects on their further development,such as experience culture,family culture,myopia culture,employing culture,rule-of-men culture,and chieftain culture.It proposes some realizing paths for the private enterprise culture building,namely,raising the quality of the entrepreneurs,encouraging them to play their key roles;cultivating human-oriented enterprise culture;setting up a new system of criss-cross and interactive enterprise culture.
