Design and Practice of Personnel Training Program for Project Management Major

Professional personnel training program is the programmatic document to achieve the goal of personnel training and requirements of specifications. It is the basic basis for organizing teaching process, arranging teaching tasks, and teaching management., Taking Wuhan University of Technology Huaxia College as an example, this paper analyzes the basic principles for making the personnel training program, describes the design of project management major personnel training program based on the six modules knowledge structure and summarizes the implementation effect of program after three years' operation.
