Abstract

For improving the die life of blanking die for pinhole on thick plate,the blanking principle of pinhole on thick plate,the die structure,the design and preparation of punch die,the choice and heat treatment of material,and the lubrication of die were discussed.The results show that improving die life remarkably is completely possible as long as measures are proper.
