Abstract

In this paper,embedded File system FFS (flash file system) is developed on the basis of the real time operation systm μcos-Ⅱ and adopting FAT type and adapting to NandFlash memory.Design the reliability of the flash, the average wear-leveling, the garbage collecting and implementing FFS.
