Abstract

The term of operational readiness in naval gun system is not only the total index of integrated logistic support, but also one of the important indexes of the practical combat capability of the naval gun system.Based on mission, the operational readiness evaluation model was established with the aid of its basic definition analysis.Under the consideration of reliability, maintainability, supportability and maintain-support process of naval gun weapon equipment,a kind of simulation principle and flow of the operational readiness were set up based on mission by use of the theory of Monte-Carlo sampling method, discrete event and so on.The results of its application showed that the model can not only be feasible, but also can acquire the key factors that have influence on the operational readiness. The results can provide the decision support for service and managing departments.
