Prerequisite and Fundamental Basis of Enhancement of Government Credibility

Government's credibility results from people's understanding of trust and pursuit of government value.Theoretical discussion and empirical analysis of the Government's credibility is a dialectical unity,especially the building of modern government credibility needs support and guidance of profound theory as premise.In this paper,based on the relevant theoretical researches from domestic and abroad,I re-construct the theoretical basis of Government's credibility,study and explore the prerequisite of Government credibility,with a view to provide the necessary prerequisite and fundamental basis of the enhancement of Government credibility in practical situations.
