Determination of Trace Elements in Caulis spatholobi by FAAS

Abstract

To determine the trace elements in Caulis spatholobi,which would also supply useful data of the relation of the metal elements in corydalis and Medicinal function.The contents of trace elements in Caulis spatholobi by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the recovery rate was between 97.50%~ 99.60%,the relative standard deviation(n=6) was between 0.36%~ 0.57%.It concludes the characteristic method is quick,simple and convenient,and the results are satisfactory.
