Abstract
Comparing Sanskrit and Middle Chinese phonetic system has great value to return Middle Chinese phonetic system. So finding to the rules of Sanskrit and Middle Chinese phonological comparison is the most important thing in phonological research. This discourse analyses the character, language data and methods of Sanskrit and Middle Chinese phonological comparison. It puts forward the three usage regulations of Comparing Sanskrit and Middle Chinese language and returning to Middle Chinese phonetic system.
