Research of brow plasty and periophthalmic rhytidectomy

Objective To explore a simple and effective method to sleek periophthalmic wrinkles.This operation can hoist flabby eyelid,adjust eyebrow shape. Methods Through brow plastic incisions,resect flabby eyelid and bad tattooing eyebrow,overhang eye wheel muscle,fold and fix local SMAS,mean while sever corrugator and procerus.sature the upper eyelid skin.after operation questionnaires and follow-up were delivered. Results 263 cases were carried out the above operations,through 6～36 months follow-up.the results were good.The eyebrow shape is adjusted more beautiful and the wrinkles of canthus obviously reduce. Conclusion The eyebrow incision operation can adjust the eyebrow shape,treat eyelid skin flaccidness,sleek periophthalmic wrinkles.
