Abstract

Fifteen strains that could degradate malathion were isolated from soil which had been sprayed malathion for a long time.The degradation rate of the strian(MN-13) on the sixth day was the highest(92.30%) in the condition of 32 ℃,malathion concentration of 2.0 mL/L.There was correlation between the transformation of malathion and growth rule of the strain.
