Abstract
The safety and the history background of cosmetics were related. The Cosmetic Hygiene Standardization which will be actualized by Ministry of Health was analyzed combined with the realm practice. Some questions concerned the cosmetic safety such as high concentration of Hg, hair dying agent and also the forbidden substances etc. were put forward. It was point out that developing cosmetic safety raw materials was the main trend in cosmetic industry.
