Education on Intellectual Property Rights and Cultivate College Students’ Innovation Ability

The paper analyses relationship between innovation and intellectual property rights and influence factors of innovation ability,proposes that education on intellectual property can enrich innovation knowledge,raise innovation consciousness,train innovative thinking and form the innovative environment.This paper thinks that intellectual property rights education has inspired and guidance on students' innovation practice.
