Abstract
The research on the relationship between cooperative RD and RD performance based on environmental dynamism can insure high performance. This paper studied the influence of environmental dynamism to RD performance through research on interaction among environmental dynamism,cooperative RD and RD performance, which shows that under low dynamic environment, the organization of RD performance can achieve the maximum when cooperative RD participation reaches to a certain degree; while under middle or high dynamic environment, cooperative RD is disadvantageous to the organization RD achievement.
