A Study of TBT Legal System in Our Country

Abstract

As the most hidden barriers to trade and the most difficult breakthroughs in present international trade, Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) have been important non-tariff barriers in China's foreign trade following quota, origin and antidumping measures. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper puts forward some applicable suggestions on the construction of China's TBT legal system in connection with practice.
