Abstract
Students' hurt accidents are inevitable in university,and they perplex the high education works and affect the routine teaching order.This article defines the university students' hurt accidents from the viewpoint of law,pinpoints the default responsibility and infringement responsibility of the university students' hurt accidents,and puts forward the allowing mode for the conflict of responsibility.At the same time,the article puts forward the principle and countermeasure for handling and preventing the university students' hurt accidents.
