Abstract

Objective:To compare the differences of platelet recovery,content of plasma protein and platelet activation in vitro between no-plasma platelet,washed platelet and apheresis platelet leukoreduced,and offer a new clinical method for patients with transfusion adverse reaction.Method:Experiment group was no-plasma platelet prepared from random donor apheresis collections by changing the parameter settings.Control groups were consisted of apheresis platelet leukoreduced and washed platelet.Among the three groups,PLT counts,MPV,P-LCR,pH,plasma protein,and the expression of PAC-1 and CD62P before and after activated by ADP were assayed.Result:There was no significant difference between no-plasma group and washed group in the content of plasma protein(P0.05).The activation of platelet in the no-plasma group had no significant difference from the control group(P0.05).The platelets counts in washed group showed significant difference from the other two groups and the mean platelet recovery was 78%.MPV,P-LCR,pH in control group had significant difference from the other two groups but they were all in the normal range.The re-expression of the CD62P and PAC-1 in the washed group showed great significant difference from the other two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:No-plasma platelet could be used in clinical patients because of its high efficiency and low transfusion adverse reaction.
