Abstract
In order to study the effect of the size of crank on the press force of a mechanical press, the sensitivity analysis on a crank-slider mechanism of a mechanical press is studied and the factors of the press force are found out.First, the geometric model is built according to mechanical press's physical prototype, and the initial conditions of simulation analysis are determined.According to the initial conditions the parametric virtual prototyping of the mechanical press is determined in ADAMS,simulation analysis is carried out.The factors that have significant influence on press force are found out by design study. This study provides an analysis method for variable optimization for crank-slider mechanism design.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
