Abstract
The datum of propellant on pollution were provided for establishing the documents on the safety of a launching pad.The experiments that the propellant of N 2O 4 and UDMH were exploded were accomplished,and the full and accurate datum were gained on poisonous gas diffusing upon the ground.The advanced equation estimating the weight of remnant propellant and the polluted area on the ground if a liquid rock explodes would be available.
