Abstract
The protective scope of criminal law on reputation includes all the external reputation that a person has,but not his inner emotion.But for the sake of interest,the criminal law shall reduce its protection of undeserved reputation.Furthermore,the public and serious cases may affect the protective scope of criminal law on reputation and thus,shall be clearly defined.
