Abstract
The mean annual precipitation of Shanxi Province is 524 mm,the mean annual amount of water resources of this province is 123.8×108 m3.Developing water-saving agriculture is the inevitable selection.This paper introduces the conception,the measure of water-saving agriculture,the present status of development and existing problem,and looks forward to the prospects.
