Probe into the Innovative Thoughts on Developing the Tourism of Guizhou in aGreat-Leap-Forward Way

Based on the study of the difference between theory and practice and the systematic conflict, this article analyzes, in an all-round way, the five restrictive factors existing in the development of tourism in Guizhou province, and put forward systematically that the government administrative model should be taken to develop the tourism.It also states that multi-level and multi-type of tourism management network system should be established.
